King Falcon Company has a professional staff of engineers, supervisors, consultants and technicians. King Falcon has 43 full-time employees. King Falcon has its own policy of recruiting local Kurdistan employees during the execution of its projects and provides them with the required training and supervision. The company has many policies that control the work environment such as PPE policy, HSE training, Health, and Safety policy, Accident records, and Emergency response plan.

Our own Supplier Diversity Program sets the standard in the construction industry by actively mentoring these contractors on how to become certified and qualify for new opportunities.

King Falcon has a variety of trucks and equipment. These trucks and equipment range from small vans and pick-ups, 4×4 vehicles, trucks of different sizes, trailers, tankers, front-end shovels, graders, sheep-foot rollers, and plate rollers. King Falcon has its own team to supervise, manage and maintain these machines. All the operations performed under very strict policy of safe driving, maintenance schedules, and fire training courses.
